It is the customer’s responsibility to review all shipping and returns policies before purchase and therefore agree to these terms when ordering from Dough.

We offer worldwide shipping.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For shipping within Australia DOUGH use Australian Registered Post & DHL.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Expected delivery is within 2 – 5 Business days with both AusPost & DHL.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

$20 on all Australian orders with AusPost
Expected delivery within 1 – 3 Business days. Add insurance on your package for an extra $10.

$40 on all Australian order with DHL.
Expected next day delivery. Including of insurance.

Please Note: This is the 'expected' delivery timeframe. This is not a guarantee. Once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of our couriers. 

Shipping Insurance: Please note Dough Store offers shipping insurance on all orders placed with AusPost. This is an extra $10.00.
If you do not opt for shipping insurance upon check out and for some reason the courier looses or damages your package in the process, you will NOT be covered or reimbursed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For shipping to countries outside of Australia DOUGH use AusPost or DHL International Express Service.

$40 for international, sent with AusPost
Expected delivery within 8 – 20 Business days. Add insurance on your package for an extra $10.

$80 for international, sent with DHL
Expected delivery is within 4-8 days (dependent upon country of shipment).

Please Note: When orders shipped internationally reach your country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please see our Currency, Duties & Taxes Policy. Therefore, delivery timeframes supplied by DOUGH a estimate only.

DOUGH advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes as all deliveries must be signed for. 

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@doughstore.com

Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address with your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

 

SHIP TO A PO BOX

Within Australia, we can ship to a PO Box, but sadly cannot ship to hotels. If you are shipping outside of Australia we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.
