ITEM CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR AVAILABILITY

In the event that;
A sold-out item has been purchased; OR
A product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake
DOUGH reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either 1) the product to you again at the correct price/and or with the correct information 2) a suitable replacement or 3) a full refund (whichever is most applicable).

If you have been charged for the purchase, DOUGH will immediately refund the total amount debited.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at sales@doughstore.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, DOUGH accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

All sizing is in US sizing.

DOUGH guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, every item has been check by our experts to ensure that all items are authentic. Upon receiving your item you will receive a card stating that this item has been check and has our guarantee

 

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

For in-store purchases, Dough will not provide a refund for a returned item if the purchaser has changed their mind, unless the item is subject is deemed to have a major problem. If the item has a major fault then refunds will be subject to proof of purchase and will made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment. There are no refunds on final sale items.

If the item does not have a major problem and the purchaser has changed their mind, the item may be returned for a credit note only, if the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. The item is returned to Dough within 5 days from the date of purchase; and
  2. The item is returned in its original condition, in original packaging and in perfect saleable condition (e.g. unworn and unused and complete with all labels, leaflets, accessories etc.); and
  3. The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

Credit notes will only be made to the original purchaser. A credit note issued by Dough must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

 

ON-LINE RETURN POLICY

For online purchases, Dough will happily provide a credit note of the purchase price of an item if returned according to all of the below conditions:

1. The item is returned and received by Dough within 5 days from the date of delivery; and

2.The item is returned in its original condition, in original packaging and in perfect saleable condition (e.g. must not be worn, used, damaged, altered or washed and must be complete with all labels, leaflets, accessories etc); and

3.The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase invoice.

4.The purchaser has contacted Dough prior to returning the item to receive an RA number.

Dough does not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, then you will need to follow the returns process to be issued a credit note, you must place a new order for the new item.

Any items returned outside the return period listed above, or returned in a condition that indicates being worn or used in any way, will not be accepted for a return. Dough reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and in such a case will return the item to sender.

Returns are not available for custom orders or sale items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Please also note that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchases are non-refundable.

 

CREDIT NOTE EXPIRY

A credit note issued by Dough must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Dough will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 14 days from the date the item is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been processed for return and your account has been credited.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and in the original method of payment.. Please note that once a refund has been processed by Dough, it may take 10-15 working days for the funds to be available in your account, depending on your banking institution.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE

Please contact Dough via email at info@doughstore.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA), quoting your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and whether you would like a credit note. We recommend you do this as soon as possible so that your item is received with the return period. Once your return has been approved by one of our friendly staff, you will receive your RA number.

You may return the item by post or alternatively by visiting the Dough store. The same conditions listed in the ‘On-line Return Policy’ above apply.

Dough does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

Should you post your item for return, we recommend that you do so using a traceable service (e.g. registered post) as Dough will not be held liable for any lost packages. We also strongly advise that you hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us!
