Dough does not offer exchanges or returns on change of mind purchases.

Our team works hard to guarantee the authenticity of our carefully curated collection of products and we’re forever confident that you will love any product you choose to purchase as much as we do.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on accessories, however we are more than happy to assist in exchanges regarding incorrect footwear sizing where necessary.

If you have any concerns about an item you have received or would like to speak to a member of the Dough team regarding an order, please get in touch - we love a chat!  

We understand that every shoe is different! If the pair you ordered isn’t the perfect fit and you meet the below exchange requirements you are eligible for an exchange.

Please note: If you would like to exchange for a higher priced shoe, you will be required to pay the difference between the pairs. If the new shoe is less than the original pair, you will be issued with a credit note for the difference which can be put towards your next Dough Store purchase.

The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer's expense – this is non-refundable.

Exchange requirements
Shoes must be in their original condition.
This includes: all tags remain attached, the box in original condition with its original paper inside etc.
Think of the box as an extension of the shoes. We require all boxes to be returned in original condition with the shoes.
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface so we always recommend trying them on when you have access to a softer surface - i.e carpet - to help prevent any damage.

Please contact our customer care team to arrange an exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any exchange requests past 7 days of the shoes being received.
