RETURNS POLICY

Dough Store does not offer refunds.

We also do not offer exchanges or any form of return on change of mind purchases or accessories.

 

Dough Store is more than happy to assist in exchanges regarding incorrect sizing for footwear or apparel.

SHOES OR CLOTHING EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that every shoe and garment is different! If the pair you ordered isn’t the perfect fit and you meet the below exchange requirements, you are eligible for an exchange.

 

The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer's expense – this is non-refundable.

 

Once your return is received our quality control team will check and authenticate the garment, prior to issuing you with a credit note for the value of the item.

 

Please note: Dough Store reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

 

 

Exchange requirements

Items must be in its original condition.

This includes: all tags attached, the box in original condition with its original paper inside, paper and packaging the item comes in etc.

[ Think of the box as an extension of the shoes. We require all boxes to be returned in original condition with the shoes. ]

 

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surfaces, so we always recommend trying them on a softer surface - i.e carpet - to help prevent any damage.

 

Please contact our customer care team to arrange an exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any exchange requests past 7 days of the item being delivered.
